Lowes of Easton, Columbus, Oh

I purchased all 4 kitchen appliances during the Labor Day special. They held them until I was ready for delivery after my kitchen renovation. They were professional, delivered them to me without any issues. I even changed my mind on the fridge the day of delivery and they worked it out and still honored my 10%. :)

I purchase the materials from Lowe's to complete my kitchen cabinets and I am completely satisfied with everything I purchased. Still working on kitchen to do counter tops and thinking about using Lowe's to purchase and install.

My expirences with Lowes in Columbus on E. Broad Street has been very spectacular. The crew members and supevisor have been such a great help with anything that I have needed, inquired about or purchased. If anything has been tampered with, open or slightly marked or dented, it has never been a problem with any mark downs. This is the first store i will run to and purchase anything for my home. GREAT JOB LOWE'S of COLUMBUS on E. BROAD STREET!!!!!! WAY TO GO =-)) Lowe is next for Kitchen remodel

The flooring and millwork departments worked with us on multiple occasions making sure we had the right size, color, personal selections and price that we liked. Even though they do not receive commissions off of sales they were extremely helpful in providing the necessary assistance and making sure the order went through and we were satisfied with the outcome,

Amazing customer service. The staff truly goes over and beyond to insure their customer is satisfied. I was treat so well by the Lowe's staff. They were very helpful and without their help I would not have been able to accomplish my project.
