From beginning to end the Master’s Touch team, Janis and Craig were professional, knowledgeable, and impeccable in designing my kitchen and putting It together. Janis knows the do’s and donts of design as well as which products are of a better quality. Craig and his construction team did an awesome job of transforming my kitchen from a small dinky one room to a large open two room family kitchen. We don’t feel like we are living in the same house with this beautiful renovation. They were clean and neat and made sure all work was don’t correctly without imperfections. We love our kitchen!

I purchased my cabinets, countertop, backsplash and sink from Janis at Master's Touch Kitchen and Bath Works. Janis was there to check everything in when the items were delivered for which I was very thank-full. There were little pieces I wasn't aware I needed to complete the job. She knew. When the countertop was measured she was there making sure everything was done correctly. When the company hired came for the countertop install, one piece was off in its measurement and she made them do it correctly. I didn't have to do a thing which was great because I didn't know it was their mistake and could be fixed with no charge to me. Janis spent as much time as I needed to get the just the right cabinets. My kitchen is an average eat-in 12'x12' kitchen and works like a dream. I had always thought I wanted the big dream kitchen until my family went to the Outer Banks for vacation and rented a HUGE house with a HUGE kitchen. After just one week of cleaning that thing I no longer wanted the dream kitchen. I wanted a smaller kitchen that really works for me. And I got it. Very, very happy with Janis and all her patience and wisdom.

We needed a wall cabinet to complete our kitchen renovation and Master’s Touch managed the order. It was a small job but was handled with such care I would gladly call again when their services are needed.

Janis (the owner) is awesome. She loves her work and it shows. I really appreciated her overall depth of knowledge and attention to detail. Together, through several meetings, we squeezed as much "kitchen" as possible in the limited space available. Importantly, her prices are less than the Big box Stores (my 1st step was to make apples-to-apples cost comparison, and she passed with flying colors)! We are very, very happy with the end result.

Complete kitchen design from studs up. The really respected our wants with practical oversight. The past kitchen was from 1960. The design gave a much more usable space for my wife loves to cook. The material recommended and used are of a very high standard.

Hire this woman! She has great attention to detail, and is very professional. She works with your ideas and translates them to a working blueprint that will work in your existing kitchen footprint. In my kitchen, she was able to catch a problem when the counters were being installed. She made sure the installers corrected the issue before finishing the instillation. She followed up on every e-mail, phone call and question I threw at her. Her suggestions were never forced upon me, just ideas that gave me more information to make good decisions. Yes, I would work with Janis again, and I would recommend her to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

It’s been several months since my kitchen renovations were completed and I still smile when I come home and see it. The open plan of entry, living room, dining room and kitchen draws your vision to the kitchen when guests enter the front door. Friends that saw the kitchen before, now walk in and their breath is taken away at the transformation you have accomplished. Your design and advisory services, vendor knowledge, and accommodation of my needs for a handicap accessible space enabled me to confidently go through planning and construction. I had a relatively small kitchen with a limited budget and design options to accommodate the desired results. You came up with creative ways to maximize the space – functionally, aesthetically and financially. Whether standing or sitting in my wheelchair, I enjoy working in my kitchen. Thank you for your attention to detail and the care and skill you put into my project. We are about 500 miles apart, but working with you was easier than working with someone else here in-town. You not only gave me a kitchen that enhances the joy of cooking and hosting, but one that increases the value of my home.

The designer at this company, Janis F.,is well educated and trained in all manners of kitchen/bath design. She has over 30 years of design experience and is capable of working in a timely manner on all kinds of projects. She keeps the owners style, budget and deadline concerns in focus at all times. Janis listens to her clients and is able to translate their needs/wants into a beautiful end result. I am very happy with her influence/design in my kitchen. She helped transformed my house into a warm and inviting place for my family.

We have nothing but good to say about the team at Master's Touch. We were first time kitchen renovators and they were always helpful, always available, and were even present during the installation to make sure things went as planned. They presented a great design and worked closely with us on the things we found most important. But, they also made sure all the bases were covered, and walked us through every detail, step by step.
