In business since 1984, McCulley Siding & Windows. Inc. now known as MSW offers windows, siding, sun room enclosures, sun rooms, patio covers, and now adds bathroom remodeling. Owner Harry McCulley and General Manager Shane Ridley bring more than 55 years worth of experience in the home improvement industry to the company, and have completed training and certification for many of their products and services, and complete annual training as well. Harry McCulley is a proud Vietnam veteran that opened the business 30 years ago, and decided to have the company to share his name. With this in mind and his reputation on the line, he knew he was building a business based on quality products, a firm belief in outstanding customer service, and a drive to launch new products to help customers with any home improvement needs. Shane Ridley brings more than 27 years of experience, including running a large home improvement company in Chattanooga, owning his own home improvement company and working for a major vinyl window, door, sunroom and decking manufacturing company helping home improvements companies improve their products and services for customers. There's a lot of competition in this business; the larger have national advertising budgets and pass those cost along to their customers. MSW is locally owned and when you call a few years from now for a new project, you will still be talking to the same friendly people who know you, your likes, and needs. McCulley firmly believes familiarity with the customer is invaluable, and promises to bring that hometown hospitality to every project.
