Michael Mahoney, Neil Kelly Company

Michael designed and managed the remodel and addition of my large sewing room to our upstairs. Because it is on the second level it required the addition of two large beams in the garage and became an extensive project. Michael also found the appropriate lighting for a sewing area and had wonderful furniture made. The project was a pleasure to "suffer" through due to Michael's work.

Michael has worked on 4 remodel projects on my home since 2001. In 2001, he helped me with the remodel of my kitchen. In 2002, he worked on two bathrooms. In 2012, he worked on an office update with new built-ins. In all projects, we were extremely happy with the end results. Michael is very professional and personable. His knowledge and experience made the remodel projects almost stress-free. I would recommend him highly for a major home project.

My remodel project consisted of two phases - the master bath and then hardwood floors throughout and new carpet in the bedrooms. Michael went out of his way to help me with key decisions on colors and materials. All work was done on time and to my complete satisfaction. The crew really stepped up after I broke my foot and could not do some of the prep work myself as planned - they went out their way to help me cope with what could have been a very stressful time. I highly recommend Michael and Neil Kelly Company and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Michael was great to work with. He took my basic suggestions about what I liked and needed, and fleshed them out into a complete project which, almost three years later, I am still thrilled with. It works (no unexpected problems), it is beautiful, and it fits the overall home and us. Not one twinge of regret. I'll do my next design project with him.
