Horrible project management. They do not respond to phone calls, voicemails, or emails. You can throw the estimated timeline out the window because it will not come close to being met.

I hired Mick to replace my front door and porch. He and his team did an excellent job, very easy to work with and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done quickly and correctly. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small

The O'connor's were hired to replace a deck. There is no communication, they show up to complete tasks when you've told them you want to discuss certain aspect of the project prior. They "forget things you have discussed" constantly. They over billed us on two occasions. We are approaching a year into the project and the deck is still not complete.

Major home renovation can be highly stressful, but it doesn't have to be. You just have to hire the right contractor. With three to choose from, we went with O'Connor Contracting. From the first meeting with the architects to the last item on the punch-list, they made the experience actually pleasant. They renovated two bathrooms, a sun porch, and the kitchen, and added a porch to our 18th century stone farmhouse. Their craftsmanship was painstaking and impeccable. They answered every question immediately and precisely. When they had a question on how to proceed, they checked with us first and worked with us to find a solution. They were on time and efficient. Frankly, we expected all that. What made the real difference was the personnel. Mick O'Connor, Sr., and Mick O'Connor, Jr, their employees and sub-contractors (plumber, electrician, painter, masons, and all their assistants) in addition to being highly skilled, real experts at their craft, were great to deal with, unfailingly pleasant and friendly. The end result is that we have what feels like a beautiful new home. And the O'Connors made us feel like partners in the process. All in all, a lovely experience.

You will not be disappointed! We have hired O'Connor contracting for MULTIPLE projects at our home, both big and small (Sunroom, Walk in Closet, Kitchen, Garage/Pool house). Their vision / imagination around development of a plan is quite unique. The quality and craftsmanship of the finished product is second to none! They are always a pleasure to work with!

Amazing work by an incredible team! We hired O'Connor Contracting to build a porch for us, and WHAT A PORCH! It's a stunning wrap-around porch with a huge outdoor "room" of seating, a beautiful screened porch in the back, French doors and transoms, the works! The detail is just incredible; you can tell Mick O'Connor Sr. is a master carpenter from the work - it's simply perfect. On top of that, Mick O'Connor Jr. is an amazing project manager - everything went smoothly, even the stuff that didn't! From ordering materials to managing the subcontractors, from getting the permits to handling the inspections - they made everything easy for us. The porch has transformed our house from nice to knockout, and we get compliments on it regularly. We were so happy with it - and with them - that we've hired them again to work on our next three projects!
