Gary recently repaired the roof and renovated the bathroom at my rental property. He was prompt responding, getting me a reasonable proposal, and timely with getting the work complete by my next rental contract. I would recommend him and his team again! The design of bathroom was perfect too!

We purchased a home that Gary renovated back in June 2017. The remodel was done beautifully other than a few shoddy work issues and we love the house but unfortunately Gary has put us through a hell of an ordeal and has proven himself not to be a man of his word. After we closed on the home on June 2nd, we went to get a gas dryer installed. This requires a permit. After we had it installed, they called us telling us that there was a $500 fine from a stop work order back in April. The inspector from the city told us that Gary was aware of this fine as he had paid another fine for dumping, most likely so that he was able to close on the house without a lien being put on the house. We called Gary multiple times in June and he told us he was out of the country in Europe and would handle it when he got back. He also said that this wasn't a real issue and that we just had to fill out a form and they'd let us get this resolved. Once he got back I put the city inspector in touch with him and didn’t hear anything for about a month. When I finally followed up with the city inspector, I found out that Gary had been in touch with him but after promising to pay the fine and take care of the permit issues, he never got in touch with him again. On 9/26/17 the city inspector sent a notice to Gary and myself that he was entering the permit and fine into the system due to the fact that Gary did not take care of it and that it now had a deadline before it went to legal. On, 10/16/17, the city inspector has not heard a peep from Gary and he continues to avoid contact and doing the right thing. As a family that just purchased our first home and had our first child, this unneeded stress has been horrible for us and I recommend you avoid dealing with Gary despite the fact that his renovated homes look beautiful on the surface. Throughout the ordeal he has continued to post pictures on his social media of the various trips he is taking around the world and the new homes he is renovating all the while ignoring any contact from our end. I implore you, Mr. Brooks, to do the right thing and help us sort this out. This isn’t right what you’re doing. ***UPDATE*** It's now 2 years since buying the home and Gary Brooks and MAHG never did the right thing, never attempted to reach out to me, never took responsibility. He is the classic con man, he projects success and wealth to everyone around him while he rips innocent people off.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Gary and his team! From day one they were on top of things, communicating with me in a timely fashion, making sure my thoughts and concerns were heard and incorporating all the design elements I had hoped for! My kitchen was gutted and remodeled to be open and flowing with the rest of the house. New hardwood floors were installed, a beautiful island with extra storage and built in bluetooth enabled speakers throughout the main floor. Whatever you need, they can do!

Exceptional service! Quick response, and job turn around. They were on time and worked very hard. Which paid off because they completed my roof well before my expected timeline. Great customer service and was very informative. Kept me abreast of everything! I would use them again, and would highly recommend for anyone to as well.
