DO NOT HIRE GREG! He cannot troubleshoot, will take your money without completing the job and will ruin your home in the process. We hired Greg to fix our leaking shower. He told us we needed a new shower pan and installed one, but then the shower was still leaking. We found out later that there is a very quick and easy test that he could have done to check if the shower pan was the problem. Instead of doing this test, he took our money and did not fix our leak. He came back over multiple times to try and find the cause of the leak, which he could not figure out, but in the process he ruined our shower. He caulked the wall outside our shower (???), he caulked the weep holes in our shower door (???), he put new grout in a thin layer over the top of existing cracked grout (instead of doing it the correct way which is to remove the old grout completely), etc. After he left I was able to figure out the cause of the leak within ONE DAY and had to hire and pay someone else to fix it. DO NOT hire him.

Mountain State just completed another job for us. They removed and replaced a deteriorating Trex deck with pavers. They completed the job in 2 days and did an outstanding job! They were respectful of the property and went out of their way to do the job right. Gregg has done 2 bathroom projects for me, a repair in my basement bathroom and a full master bath remodel. Both jobs came out great! The repair looks like new and saved me a ton of money. Prices are reasonable and the work it very high quality. I will use Gregg for any tiling projects that I do in the future.

We have now gone to Gregg Singleton at Mountain State Tile & Resoration 3 different times and each time he seems to out do the last great job and experience that he had given us. Gregg first did a complete restoration on our main floor bathroom. He did everything, including the floor, walls and entire tub/shower area. It is beautiful! The compliments we get by anyone who had seen it before are always that of amazement that it could be the same room. Next he did our home office and then our entry way. His work is wonderful - he is a perfectionist and we love that about him!
