Brilliant experience: Mike came to my place of business and not only was it a quick and painless process, everyone there was great. He gave me a great option for our floor in the parts department, it was so much less expensive than painting the floor, and looks 1000% better. Great company to work with.

We recently downsized to a small place with only two closets. Mike worked with us to design each of those closets so that we were able to get all of our clothes into them. The design process allowed for each closet layout to accommodate our specific needs. The result was a very efficient and aesthetically closet, each of which maximizes storage space. Mike is great to work with and is always on top of things. Harlan and Andre did the actual installation and did a great job. One thing that is important to me is neatness. They were careful bringing in all of the materials and tools needed for the job. They laid out blankets and cardboard to protect the floors and were very careful with the walls and woodwork. I would highly recommend using Tailored Living if you are planning a custom closet.

The entire process from beginning to end was very easy and efficient. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The process was a breeze! Mike streamlined the process and made it very simple in helping us choose a design that fit our needs and budget. He always called or texted to let me know of his arrival time. It took a few times to get the final drawings right but Mike, did an excellent job designing the closet layouts. Having the ability to see the designs in a 3-D format is a plus. Mike always kept me updated, gave an accurate completion time for the closet installation. I had four custom closets (1 reach-in and 3 walk-in) installed in my home. Our installer Harlan was wonderful. Very professional, polite, and very accurate in measuring. Cleaned up everything before he left. He had to make a few adjustments and we are so pleased with the result. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the closet installation. All individuals involved throughout the process were professional and friendly. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend the Tailored Living of Wilmington and West Chester to anyone. Absolutely loved the entire experience.

Tailored Living Premier Garage of Wilmington owner Mike Stepanic and his Tailored Living team did our garage floor in October 2016. We had concrete floors in the garage and they were well worn from heavy use. We contacted Mike because we wanted a floor that could withstand high traffic and heavy use. Mike showed us some options and we contracted with him to have a new floor installed. We have never been HAPPIER. Mike’s team is awesome and experts in doing the Tailored Living epoxy/flake flooring. His team worked like a fine tuned engine. The floor is awesome; easy to clean/sweep up and believe me it gets a tough workout throughout the day. If you are tired of your old concrete flooring, like we were, don’t spend a lot of time thinking about what you should do. Call Mike Stepanic and let him help you with some options. You will never be sorry. We love the new flooring.

Mike is very pleasant to work with. He helped you with the design making sure that it's functional and works with the amount of storage you need. His lead installers are also very professional. They kept the area clean throughout the installation. They also had everything done in a timely manner.

Our project was completed in a very timely fashion with attention to detail. We were impressed with the field crew and the level of professionalism that they maintained during the installation process. This work was performed at our office during normal business hours without impacting our daily operations.
