Buyer I brought a lamp from this company floor lamp p300-044 I'm very disappointed I can't get a reply. The lamp arrived at someone else's house they seek me out found me the base was damaged and all I need to make my purchase whole is an instruction sheet email to me. Can't get neither.

I ordered a chandelier from this company. I did not receive any confirmation for my order, so I sent them a message a few days later to confirm they had received my order. They replied, stating my chandelier was in the warehouse and would be shipped soon. I proceeded to order all my other lighting for my home remodel around this chandelier. A week later, they sent me a message through Houzz that the chandelier I ordered was sold out. It seems like they should have known it was sold out when I ordered it or at least after I contacted them to verify my order. I am very disappointed with my experience with Mylightingsource and would not recommend doing business with them.

We are very sorry for the issues with this order. We sell from numerous different channels at the same time and our warehouse inventory number sometimes can't keep up with incoming orders. It is rare but we do sometimes have issues where an item shows in stock but in reality has been sold out, without our knowledge. We do everything possible to make sure this doesn't happen but unfortunately it happens on occasion. This was not done maliciously and we would have loved to fill this order.
