Nancy worked with me on the custom buildout of an elaborate study project, including complex cabinetry and high-end mouldings. She did an outstanding job on the design and execution, and when the finish on some of the casework did not match, she worked to obtain a complete replacement of those items, which was a significant cost for the cabinet provider. I would recommend her highly.

I like Nancy's vigor when it comes to specifying finished plumbing product. Her incorporation of ROHL Italian Country product on several projects adds a touch of class and distinction.

I have used Nancy Evans' services for four different projects, all remodels, including the two remodels featured here. In each case the "bones" of each room were fine, but there was extensive tile and some plumbing work needed in each project: three bathrooms and a kitchen/laundry room/butler's pantry. In all situations, Nancy's services were outstanding. Her work in tile layouts was truly superb -- colors, designv-- and also in supervising installers. She retained all the right professionals for the jobs, she kept them on schedule and coordinated, the rest of the house was kept clean throughout the work, she ordered all the correct fixtures and, in short, acted as an exceedingly experienced general contractor and designer. She shows good judgment, good taste, and excellent attention to detail.
