NJ Tile Installers recently completed a job at my house in New Jersey. The project consisted of tiling a basement floor (about 650 sqft feet) and tiling a bathroom (100 sqft of shower walls and 35 sqft of bathroom floor). Overall, Andrei and his crew did a phenomenal job and we would highly recommend them and happy to serve as a reference. Reliability & Responsiveness: Andrei is exceptionally reliable. We scheduled the job about 2 weeks in advance and confirmed 1-2 days before work commenced. Andrei arrived on the appointed day and continued work uninterrupted until the job was completed. Andrei is responsive by phone and text message and promptly returned my phone calls. Beyond that, when we first met Andrei we were behind schedule with our project and urgently needed someone to install a shower base so that we could proceed with next steps; Andrei kindly came by a few days later to install the shower base and we were extremely grateful for his flexibility. Knowledge/Experience: Andrei is a true professional in his field. We initially selected a marble tile for our bathroom and Andrei advised us that marble is very porous and would require significant maintenance in a bathroom; this provided us an opportunity to switch tiles before work started. Also, we opted for a penny style mosaic tile for the bathroom floor and Andrei advised us to purchase floor leveler to make the bathroom floor smooth and even, which is important when laying down this type of tile to maintain a smooth and even look. The final product looks excellent. COVID: Andrei respected our request to wear a mask and maintain a minimum 6' distance when we interacted. We felt very comfortable having Andrei work in our home.

NJ Tile - Andrei and his parter Alex did an excellent job for my bathroom. The quality, the look & feel, the touch is just impeccable, well executed. These guys don't do cheap job - yet they are still reasonable, highly recommended, all thumbs up.

I have never written an online review before, but felt compelled to do so after our experience with NJ Tile Installers. Simply put Andrej was the best contractor I have ever worked with, and there have been many. From our initial communication to the completion of the job, the entire experience was top notch. Andrej was very responsive to our calls, and came to our home twice to review his proposal for our bathroom renovation. Our project was a complex one because we were removing a tub and installing a curbless shower. Other contractors were either grossly overpriced, or did not possess the skills required. Andrej not only gave us a fair and accurate price, but his craftsmanship was beyond description. He finished the project on budget, on schedule, and most importantly, his workmanship was flawless. I would never think of considering anyone else for any future tile jobs.

I investigated several tile companies. Ours was a small but still important job. It was more of a restoration project on an original tile installation in a 90 year-old-home. It did require someone with skill and ability to save surrounding tiles. Several others were afraid to tackle the project or simply felt they could not do it. Andre came in and and was fully confident in his ability to remove, replace, caulk and grout. without having to re-do the entire shower stall. He always responded to emails promptly, and was meticulous about his work on the day he did our "small" project. He made it seem so easy. We were 100% satisfied with his work and feel lucky to have found him!

DONT SHOP for another tile installer!!!! 1. Used another installer first and lost time and money. 2. Andrei’s quote was professional and covered every item of the bathroom renovation. 3. Always calls, always on time, tidy, perfectionist, talks to you in a courteous manner, trustworthy. I could go on and on, take my word this company is the best. Do not use Home Depot or Lowe’s, I tried and had bad experience with both before NJ Tile.

Andy completed my basement floor as promised. It looks great! He does great work. A true craftsman that knows his art. He only focuses on tile work and his end product speaks for itself. He’s thorough, efficient, clean, and keeps his word. Terrific work at a reasonable price! Well done Andy! I highly recommend him for any tiling job.

Andy is knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. He was able to take a bunch of different tiles and make a masterpiece of a design. My back-splash came out great! I'm looking forward on other projects in my home!

I'm super fussy about work being done in my house, but Andre did an awesome job. He was super clean and professional. His work speaks for itself.
