I recently had a pleasure to work with O'Connor Building on my personal residence. I could not say enough of positive things about Kevin and his team. They are knowledgeable, attentive to the details and strive to make things right. For example, my drafter, designed a pergola detail that did not go well with the architecture and was distracting from the overall home aesthetics, Kevin noticed that on the plans and went above and beyond to redesign and manufacture that detail so the home is coherent inside-out. All subs on my project were professional of the high level, everyone was polite and courteous. The most important thing that this builder cares about you and your property. Prior the hurricane Ian, Kevin came and reinforced some of the openings on the existent house to make sure we'd survive the ordeal. (that was never in the contract). Just great professionals and humans to know and work with.

O'Connor Building remodeled our condo and did an excellent job, within budget (which they knowledgeably helped us craft) and on a timely basis. Many of our neighbors have seen their work at our place and has asked, and we have provided, a referral to O'Connor, who has since done satisfactory work for them as well.

We discovered the Kevin and Chad O'CONNOR after they did major renovation work for one of our neighbors.... They came to us highly recommended therefore our expectations were high from the start....... And the did not disappoint us.... Both Kevin and Chad worked with us on the design of some renovation we had in mind... They were honest and thorough about what could and could not be done.... We ended up having our master bathroom done over completely and in our third bedroom added more closet space..... Additionally the subcontractors who worked on this project were professional and very respectful of our needs. Lastly we found the O'CONNOR family to be folks of great character and a pleasure to work with. As from this write up we are big Fans of the company and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the company........ O'Connor Building Company just completed our new custom home in Sarasota, Florida and we couldn't be happier. This is the second home they have built for us. They are a rare find...a family owned business that pays very close attention to every detail. The quality of workmanship is exceptional...Kevin, Shary and Chad are awesome people! When it's time to build our next new home, we won't consider using anyone else.
