I worked with Owen Lavin and the Patera team to remodel my 1974 Brookfield ranch. The project was large and pretty much included the entire first floor of my home. I wanted to remove a wall which meant loosing a walk in pantry in the kitchen. At the same time, I did not want to loose storage or seating space. The team came up with several plans to give me ideas as to how to do this. Owen really listened to what my ideas were and translated them beautifully into a final plan.

We worked with Owen Lavin of Patera on a major renovation of our home. Living in Whitefish Bay we have a village board that makes projects like this very difficult. Owen's guidance and skills have us in the fantastic house that fits perfectly into our block. He was able to design a renovation/addition that has totally exceeds anything we could have imagined when we bought it. He stayed with the project through completion.
