Pecoy Homes is the Premier Residential Home Builder and Remodeling Contractor in Western Massachusetts, Northern Connecticut, and the Berkshires.

At The Pecoy Companies, we understand that when you choose a builder, you’re not buying a commodity, you are developing a relationship. Through excellent communication and follow- through, we aim to build trust and create strong, successful partnerships rooted in honesty and integrity. We are passionate about creating innovative home designs that reflect the unique personality and lifestyle of each of the families with which we collaborate. Our entire team strives to go above and beyond to deliver quality construction, superior craftsmanship, and an exceptional customer experience.

Nearly 30 years ago, Kent Pecoy set out on a mission: to start a family business that built beautiful homes for his clients that showcase their personalities, tastes and lifestyle. Over the years, he has accomplished that goal by building with exceptional quality, a discerning eye for design and unparalleled attention to detail. At Pecoy Homes we create homes that provide our clientele with spaces uniquely tailored to their needs, wishes, and budget. In response to changing markets, Kent and his team of industry leaders have broadened the company by bringing services to a wider audience through the expansion of his business divisions.

Our process focuses on listening to our customers first and working with them to assess their design needs, wishes and budget to help create your dream home. Choosing to build new or remodel your home can be a daunting and stressful proposition. At Pecoy Homes we understand this and go out of our way to make the building process as smooth as possible. Our team includes an in-house designer, sales staff to assist with product selections, project managers running our own crews of carpenters and a trusted network of subcontractors. And, of course, Kent Pecoy’s signature style and eye for detail carry through to every job, large or small. Each and every time we build or remodel, we strive to create a home that not only looks and feels spectacular, but reflects your lifestyle and personality. To us, a successful process and a positive experience throughout your journey is just as important as your satisfaction with the end result.
