The seemingly random pattern of the lamp is inspired by the pandemonium in the murky waters of the pond, where the lotus blossoms as a pure and beautiful flower.

Making a bold statement this lotus leaf inspired hollow charger plate brings an organic elegance to the table. Its innovative design will surely be a talking point at your next dinner party. Handmade using the ancient technique of sand casting, the lotus leaf mould is created. At this point, molten metal is poured in to the mould to capture the minutest detailing of the leafs natural vein pattern. Due to the handmade nature of the product no two pieces are alike. Fits standard size round plates.

Peetal New York - Ossified Wood Large Side Table, Gold - Be a part of history with this elegantly designed rare side table, made from "Peetal" (meaning brass in hindi) and gray petrified wood table top. Petrified wood is a piece of wood which has tuned into a stone. It is a fossil which forms when plant material is buried by sediment and protected from decay by oxygen and organisms. The faceted texture of the table legs portrays our contemporary rendition of a lotus stem.

Peetal New York - Lotus Leaf Pillar Candle Stand, Tall, 12", Set of 2 - These beautifully hand made pillar candle stands, bring an instant glamorous touch your home. Fixed on a black granite base, the faceted "Peetal" (meaning brass in hindi) stems intertwine with each other to form a tall base. Skilled artisans have captured the minutest of details of the lotus leaf by using the ancient technique of sand casting. Using a mixture of molasses and sand, a mould of the lotus leaf is created. After this, molten metal is poured into the mould. The artisan then files the the metal leaf sculpture to take away impurities of the casting process. The individual components are then forged and welded together. The product is then hand polished using a buffering process. The candle stands come is a set of 2, in two heights.
