Penner Remodels

We had a great interaction with Sam - he was able to come out to look at our kitchen remodel the day after we connected on Houzz. He spent a lot of time with me, listening to my vision, taking measurements, and checking structural restrictions we might have. Based on some of the structural limitations Sam found, we ended up changing our mind on our kitchen, so we did not end up using Sam’s services. However, if we have projects come up in the future, Sam will be one of the first people we call based on his professionalism and responsiveness. If you’re still in exploring stages of your remodel, I would definitely suggest having Sam give a consult!

Does excellent work, is dependable. I will use again, if needed. He replaced tile in my bathroom. and a couple of other odd jobs as well...

I have hired Penner Remodels for handyman work originally, which included a variety of things from my yard to my roof! Sam Penner also painted and did new flooring throughout my house! You can check out the pics that show the painted concrete he did and the vinyl flooring, as well as some of the indoor painting.

We had Sam install an antiqued mirror backsplash in our kitchen as well as install an Aquasana whole house water filtration system in our basement. Both projects turned out excellent. He asks questions when appropriate (instead of making assumptions like many contractors do) and keeps things very clean. Highly recommend him for your handyman needs.
