GREAT experience... This was our first time building a home, and it is our forever house. Steve Pickett construction did a wonderful job for a big drainage project I had at my house. From pulling permits to removing existing driveway, old culvert pipes and relocating the main water line nothing seems too challenging for this company. We were very pleased with their professionalism!

They have made it about as good as it could be - planning full days when we are in town to get around and visit vendors, consider options, get quotes, make selections, etc. We are ahead of schedule, and our lot is configured in a way that only one or two crews can work at a time. Despite that the combination wood and steel structure is really gorgeous already and will be done soon. EVERYONE on his team and even the many subcontractors we have met personally has been really flexible, sharp, dependable, creative when required, and willing to share their deep expertise.
