RETURN ISSUE. I purchased a Gazette mirror from PlumbingDepot.com (through Amazon) for a bathroom renovation in late December 2013. I ultimately chose a different mirror I also purchased online at the same time. I have attempted to return the mirror and PlumbingDepot.com is a nightmare to deal with in getting your refund. I used the seller-provided return label to ship mirror back to their warehouse via USPS on 1/11/14. USPS attempted to deliver mirror to warehouse on 1/18/14 but no one was there - Notice left for warehouse to contact USPS to schedule re-delivery. I have called 5 times - customer service continues to give me the run around. Warehouse still hasn't rescheduled delivery of mirror and seller has still not issued refund to me. I would never purchase an item from Plumbing Depot again.
