Bad experience. My pellet stove sat there for months and never got worked on. I had to get it in December because winter was here. I bought pellets I didn't get and they sold multiple parts that were used as new. A power cord for example. They sold me a fan without the gasket and my dad had to make one. They have messed up every one of the four past purchases I've made with them.

Did a beautiful job, was respectful of my home and tried to keep things cleaned up. Removed all waste. Was on time and worked until job was finished. Had all material needed to do the job at the start. Did seem a bit on the pricey side but I got what I paid for with no regrets.
