Our dream patio was near completion with granite surfaces as our last step. Not sure how to proceed, we followed the recommendation of a friend and visited Custom Stone Company in Virginia Beach. Working with Jane Ibeawuchi was fantastic. She was knowledgeable in all aspects of the selection, layout, fabrication and installation processes. Working with Jane was a great experience. We would hire her again.

Jane assisted us with countertops for our den built in's and then we decided to redo the kitchen counters as well. By completing both the look is seamless. Jane was wonderful in working with us to be able to acquire the perfect stone selection from ARC at a wonderful price. With Jane's suggestions we were able to completely update the look of our house to a breath taking coastal look. Jane and all of the people at Custom Stone Company were professional, kind, patient and just amazing to work with. Once our new tops were installed, Jane worked with us to refabricate the previous granite countertops and then had them installed at my Niece's house for a Christmas present. Jane keep everything on time, within budget and she made the experience fabulous. It was nice to be able to work with Jane to create 2 new fantastic home environments all within in a month. She managed both projects flawlessly. Thanks Jane.

Jane was extremely helpful to me in my quest and selection of granite countertops. Her professional and friendly manor with knowledge of the product(s) and recommendations/suggestions were greatly appreciated, as was her willingness to go the extra mile to come to my home regarding the reassurance of my choice. Jane showed a personal interest with her follow up calls, emails and pics of the granite selections to help with concerns or questions. Payment and installation dates were accomplished with ease. Jane was wonderful . Very informative and very understanding . If I did change my mind on a new kitchen it would be with Jean . At 84 I felt it was too big a step for me .
