We had our house built with Fulton Homes and love our house. Everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful. Even now after we have moved in, we have had wonderful customer service.

Previous reviews are outdated, I'm building with Fulton homes now in 2019 and honestly it's a big mistake. They advertise quality products that your proud to own but its not true. I hired a ASHI inspector and he found major defects in the construction. When I raised my concerns on the quality. I was ignored then asked to just let them do their job and they left inappropriate drawings in their blue chalk for my son to find. Fulton homes is not quality, they meet industry standards and barely pass outdated codes. I did my research prior to purchasing but didn't dig deep enough. Homebuilders have ways to hide truths. There are lemon laws for automobiles and there should be for new homebuilders as well.

I bought a brand new home from Fulton Homes and couldn't be happier! I spent countless hours on Houzz.com to help me design my home and everything I dreamed of putting in my new home was available at the Fulton Homes design center. Being able to see entire rooms and identify different styles was invaluable. I, then, had the opportunity to spend time at the Fulton Homes design center during their open house browse night. All of this design homework before I ever even purchased the home! Amazing!! The design team at Fulton Homes guided me through the process and kept me on budget too. I would recommend Fulton Homes to anyone in the market for a home. I have been in my new Fulton Home for 7 months and still look around in disbelief that this gorgeous home is mine!!
