I don’t understand all this reviews! Bought beautiful and great quality bar chairs. Looking to order some more! My chair looks like new after one year!

Bought ( 4 Bar Stools) and within 6 moths two of them that don't have arms the back broke by someone having there back leaning against! My husband proceeded to fix putting a dowel thru them and fastened and let sit for a week to make sure all tight, of course first time using them same problem!! When calling theses people and me not asking for anything from them, but wanting to buy two with arms like the others the Lady proceeded to basically tell me NO, because they would not match what we already have! I said you mean you don't want to do business, again she was like NO we don't like to do that because people complain the stain or something doesn't match, REALLY, you don't want my business? It's Fine, but I want everyone to know about you and how you do Business!! I honestly can't believe you are still in Business!!

I order a bathroom vanity in August. Spoke with someone over the phone gave my exact order and credit card info. I even sent a picture of the tile in my bathroom to the private cell phone of one of you employees so they could match the paint color. Since that time, I have tried calling, emailing, and have heard nothing. I now believe this business does not exist and is a total sham.

WORST COMPANY EVER! They don't even deserve a one star...I would not waste your time with this company. I was told 6, maybe 7 times that my purchase was shipped out when it never really was. I'm not sure why this company has such a hard time with honesty, but they don't deserve to even be on the HOUZZ site. I'm pretty sure they aren't who they say the are?!

This company has been a nightmare to deal with! They advertised that the piece is made from solid hard wood. This is soft pine. They also stated the top was reclaimed and it is definitely not. My husband cut into the top to place our sink and it's new wood. They won't answer our calls or emails. They were friendly before they made the sale and after they charged us, we could never get a hold of them! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered a buffet on etsy. Took a long time to get here and multiple attempts. It was wrapped in a layer of cardboard only, so we unwrapped it and it is just falling apart. Poor craftsmanship, poor packing. It should have been crated. One cabinet door completely broke off the hinge, the backing isn't even attached, the entire middle support piece is not even in place anymore. It's a mess.

We take pride of our packing and all of the orders are crated, palletized and always inspected very carefully before we send them, but we know the freight companies sometimes they are not careful with the orders and get damage. Your order was lost in transit for almost a couple of weeks and probably that's why got damage but just to let you know ALL of our orders that we ship are insured, because we know sometimes can get damage. We have been in this business for more than 40 years and we know the furniture is very delicate to transport it.

We ordered 2 Hacienda Barstools and received them a month later as expected but had to call several times to find out when we would receive the shipping information. We did get the shipping info and they were well packaged but they were broken and it wasn't a simple fix. We had multiple people look at them and they all said it would be a major repair and to return them. We emailed and called for weeks with no response and a promise of return labels and got a same day response once we contacted our credit card and did a quality despute. The shipping was NOT the issue, it was the workmanship and I would steer clear of them. They clearly don't answer the phone if they know your number since it was super easy to get in touch with them the several times we called them before placing the order. If I had seen the other reviews I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.

I purchased 3 Hacienda 24" bar stools from Rancho back in late August 2015. The items did not ship until 6 weeks later (which I was OK with because I wanted a solid product). However, customer support was lax in relaying information regarding the delays. When the bar stools arrived, I noticed that ALL of the backs were not secured properly. I contacted Rancho and they seemed to be very prompt in answering the phone (though, they had no idea I was dissatisfied with my order). The owner sounded bewildered and blamed the possible defects on the shipping. He promised to email FedEX return labels for the chairs I ordered so they could be delivered back to El Paso for inspection. I waited 2 days and I never received further correspondence. I called Rancho more times than I can count and have yet to hear anything other than the voicemail operator. Communication via email, Houzz.com, or Etsy.com have been fruitless as well. I would recommend staying away from this company as it seems their customer support is nonexistent unless you happen to luck out and receive a perfect item.

I placed my order over the phone and my credit card was immediately charged for the order. I was told my furniture would take a month to be ready. After a month, I didn't receive my order or any communication from the company. I called, left voicemails and sent emails to find out the status of my order. No one answered the phone or responded to voicemails or emails. After two months, I finally left a voicemail stating I wanted to cancel my order and be given a refund. No one from the company responded to me, however they immediately placed another charge on my credit card. The charged $700 total on my credit card and never sent the products. This "company" is a total FRAUD.

I bought thousands of dollars of bar stools and a bar. They promised quality and my chairs started breaking apart 2 weeks after I got them. Jay will not return emails or phone calls and will not answer his phone. I had a local shop look at one of the broken chairs and he recommended that I find chairs elsewhere. I have sent pictures to Jay of the broken chairs and he still will not respond to me. He even accidentally butt dialed me so I know he sees my calls. Disappointed because they do have a neat look but craftsmanship is really bad.
