Our team has conducted a detailed search of our service files, and we have found that a majority of the items you have listed were never reported to our Customer Care team. The leaking pipe you are referring to was repaired by our Plumbers shortly after it was initially reported. Our Customer Care team is ready and willing to address and respond to all homeowner inquiries or concerns that are brought to their attention in a timely manner.
The Security Deposit of $1000 that you are referring to has long since been returned to all homeowners in your community who were not found in contravention of their contract. If you have not received your deposit, it was due to a violation of one or several items located within your contract, which you would have been notified of previously.
