This company has done several projects for us and we've been impressed with the clear honest approach they exhibit. We've done a three season room and kitchen remodel. We will use Kelley builders again

Rick Kelley Builders has been our "home contractor of choice" for many years. We have been repeat customers for the simple reason that we have never been disappointed with the results of the service provided, be it a simple (for them) addition of an electrical outlet or major remodel of the kitchen and baths. The work has always been performed to our total satisfaction, completed on a timely basis, and at a reasonable cost. On the rare occasion where there has been a "call back", their response has been immediate and the issue quickly resolved. These are good, honest, hard-working folks who stand behind their work and whose focus is on complete customer satisfaction. We would strong recommend Rick Kelley Builders.

We did a complete remodel of a hall bathroom within the same footprint. We were very pleased with the planning and execution of the remodel. We were told the day and the time that their subs would arrive and we were never disappointed. Rick and Jeremy closely supervised the work and the price was within their original quote. We found that they were experienced, professional, friendly, and extremely willing to accomodate our smaller "add on" projects. We would highly recommend Kelley Builders for any build or remodel.

RKBUILDERS did a whole house for us. We couldn't be happier with the results. We had a total loss with a fire in Feb 11. We had a hard to get to location & RKBuilders help us rebuild. Where I think most builders would of not taken on. They did it with a smile on their face & many suggestions on how to get it done! We were overwhelmed with what we went through & they helped us all the way. Even went above & beyond talking to our insurance & even got us more money from them with things the insurance company forgot. The totally looked out for us in our time of need. I could not say enough good things about RKBuilders. We totally love our house & the fine job they did. Offered good suggestions, added a few extras's we love. We came home right before Christmas 2011 & got the best gift ever. They even started our decorations for us. I would totally recommend them to anybody. I would use them again but with the great job they did we will never move. Best house ever! Great Job.

Rick Kelley Builders had already done successful kitchen and master bath remodels at our original home. After inheriting a second house in 2011, we consulted Rick and Jeremy to understand the pros and cons of remodeling it. Their input helped us make an informed decision to invest in the second house. The project was an eight-month total remodel with a fair amount of complexity. Considerable renovation was required because 1950s-era plumbing, wiring and insulation had to be completely replaced for safety and efficiency. The floorplan was updated and expanded to serve active retirees instead of a small family, yet the home’s aesthetic appeal and its harmony with the neighborhood were preserved. From end to end the Kelleys managed schedule, budget and changes in a professional, quality-oriented and open manner. They even identified a number of savings opportunities. Their subcontractors were top-notch. Neighbors were impressed with the changes and pleased that the work site was kept so tidy. We’re delighted with our “new” home and can now heartily recommend Rick Kelley Builders for large projects as well as small.
