Beginning in 1977, Rusty Swann and his team began building both commercial and residential structures. However, in 1999 Rusty decided to focus on his passion for building quality custom homes and founded Epicure Custom Homes. Since that time, Epicure has built all types of homes, small and large, to fulfill the dreams of his customers. Epicure's reputation for integrity, quality and cost-management has resulted in exceptional customer satisfaction over the years and made Epicure the builder of choice. An "epicure" is a connoisseur of fine foods and has a sensitive and discriminating taste. Although we are not gourmet chefs, we share a similar passion and attention to detail, but instead for fine homes and construction.
