Scandic Builders, Inc.
3 Reviews
Scandic Builders was founded in 2000 by Mads and Sari Jepsen and expanded in 2003, with the addition of Mads’ brother, Kimo Jepsen. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on our strong Scandinavian heritage. Our family emigrated from Denmark to the United States in 1987, and we have since spent time studying and working in both the US and Europe.

After permanently relocating to the States in the 1990’s, we found a unique opportunity to combine our knowledge of American and Scandinavian home building and renovation.

In the past decade, Scandic has continued to grow under the leadership of the Jepsen family. Whether it is a 500 sq ft. renovation or a 10,000 sqft. new home, our focus remains the same. We believe in quality, environmentally-conscious building that will last generations. We build relationships, not just houses.

Our passion is to build unique homes of superior quality, crafted to enhance each client’s personal tastes, design preferences and lifestyle.

As builders, we are deeply committed to preserving the environment and doing our part to reduce our overall impact on earth. To that end, we encourage our clients to consider the effect their home has on the environment and incorporate elements such as renewable energy sources, recycled and sustainable materials and green technologies.
