After a $5,000+ order, they will not return my phone calls. I have had problems with the remote and the receiver sold to me by this company. I called for support, but they will not return my calls. Their prices greatly exceed internet rate for the same products. I paid a premium for my items, thinking I would receive superior service, but I was mistaken. Instead I just paid more. An internet vendor would at least be returning my phone calls. I called on 1/26/18, 1/27/18, and never received any response to my request. i tried again on 4/20/18, and also received no response. I worked with this company in the past, and had a different experience. Now, after a much larger purchase of a home theater system, my experience has changed.
