Their prices are competitive and sales staff is great to work with, particularly Aaron Straight. We've worked with Aaron the last two times we've been in and have been extremely satisfied with his help. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and not at all pushy. He helped us get the best deals for what we were looking for and we've been very happy with the appliances.

Sales staff was friendly without being pushy, and let us take our time discussing privately in the store before helping us make a selection. Warranty was good, and customer service was outstanding.
