Shading Systems, Inc. was founded in 1985 with the goal of providing fine custom window treatments and modern solar control products in the New York metropolitan region we put a special emphasis on the growing market for manual and motorized shading control solutions. Over the ensuing years, we have developed relationships with the leading manufacturers of high quality window shades, blinds, draperies, and other light control systems. We have seen the scope of the available products expand tremendously, as the demands from end users for solutions to ever more complex light control challenges have grown. Today, we represent more leading designers and manufactures of high end window treatments and solar control systems than any other company in the region, if not the world. Our installations are found in the most prestigious addresses and most luxurious residences throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
