Keep Austin Landscaped

I was completely satisfied by the xeriscaping job that Shawn and his crew did for my front yard. After discussing my overall vision, Shawn suggested some cool elements and designed it perfectly - and stayed within my budget. His team of "artists" as I called them, brought everything together like master craftsmen.

We hired Keep Austin Landscaped for a modest job (~$5000) to refresh the plants and beds all around our property. Shawn was incredibly responsive and attentive to our questions and requests, and offered suggestions when we were undecided about smaller details. He worked around our schedule and was happy to work independently when we weren't available to meet. We're very happy with the resulting work. Our yard is much cleaner and looks like it was designed with purpose, instead of letting nature run its course, including a new raised bed and several fruit trees. The real differentiator is Shawn's obvious drive to make sure we were satisfied with his work. On several occasions he went the extra mile to go back to the stone vendor to send us more pictures, or drive across town to another nursery to find the right plants, or offer to clean up some overgrown area of our yard that was outside the statement of work. He really showed he cared about us first and foremost. Most recently he checked in to see how the new landscaping has fared with the freezing weather and said he'd come back in the spring to address any problem areas. Really just above and beyond. I'd recommend to anyone looking to update their landscaping.

I asked Shawn to do a backyard drainage project and then landscape it. I had NO idea what he'd come up with. I have worked with Shawn for a few years now and trust him so we really didn't give him any direction, he just gave us a price and I'm sure he told me in an email what he was going to do but I probably didn't read it. This was for my vacation rental. he put washer pits, crushed granite and a killer tiered level system to work with the slope in the yard. I am BLOWN AWAY by this. I'm a real estate broker and he will be my ONLY referral for projects like this. You can trust that Shawn will treat you right.

I am blown away by Shawn's talent on this project. He was given an ugly plain rectangle of a backyard with nothing going for it, including drainage problems and transformed it into a beautiful backyard destination for our short term rental guests. I can't wait to post the pictures and see our rental requests go up! I had no idea this yard could be so beautiful and inviting. He incorporated so many cool touches - the steel drainage wall, zero scape plants, succulents in cool painted cinder blocks, the corn hole game area draped in over head lights. I can visualize our guests enjoying themselves back here and wanting to stay longer because of it. Shawn is a true artist and visionary. Thank you!!!
