Stay as far away from this company as possible. They do not honor their warranties period. They gave me a complete run around telling me it was shingle maker problem. The shingle maker stated they would replace the shingles and rebond the roof. Total Home stated that was not good enough that they do not repairs this coming from their warranty department. They state the only do complete roof replacement on would not honor the deal leaving me high and dry and having to replace a roof that was 3 yrs old that these guys put on. This is a dishonarable company and stay away, You have been warned!!!!!

Mr. Donovan and his company were absolutely fabulous! They completely renovated our older condo and transformed it into a modern, sleek one! They were always on time and worked diligently daily! We couldn't possibly be more satisfied with the attention to detail and the accommodating attitude of this company!

Professional and respectful. The crew worked diligently for 10 hour days to re shingle my entire roof, rebuild the old soffits and replace all of the rotting wood. The flat back roof was built up on an angle for better water drainage, thanks to the recommendation from Alex. Extremely happy with their job. In fact, 2 days after they finished I had a tree fall on my roof and do extensive damage (thanks landscapers; not so good of a review on them), Alex and Total Home were back out within a week to rebuild it again. I would highly recommend them!

We first used this company to build an oversized 2 card garage with breezeway and covered patio added to our home. They were not the cheapest, not were they the most expensive,they were in the middle. We selected them for several reasons, first the owner Rob was honest and reliable, second they had great reviews everywhere I looked and every one I spoke with, third they were willing to work with our own architect and engineer. The job was completed on time and on budget (which doesn't happen that often). Issues were addressed in a timely fashion and tour total satisfaction. We were so happy with them, we just haste replace all our windows and door with impact ones

We felt very lucky to find this quality contractor out of several others interviewed. This was a VA Special Housing Adaptation (handicap renovation) and we felt they were the only company that were experienced enough and could totally comply with the VA directives. They were outstanding and passed every inspection required by the VA. Total Home's owner, along with everyone involved in our massive remodeling, were absolutely the most professional, knowledgeable, and respectful people we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We were ready for a nightmare, however, everything flowed far better than expected and the work was completed within the timeframe they promised. Each week they conveyed their goals for the week to us and usually met them! We were so impressed on how much effort they put into keeping furniture and floors protected and how clean they left our house each day. Never did we feel there was any issue about leaving them alone in our home. We saw the same people every day and felt each were of the highest integrity. Kudos to it's owner, Rob Donovan, who did a great job selecting only the finest! His one person office staff, Shailine, was amazing at how she kept us informed and answered all our questions immediately. She is the heart of this wonderful staff!!! I would absolutely, without a doubt, hire Total Home again for our next project!!!!!!

Work was associated with adding an addition to my home. Work was accomplished promptly. Overall quality was satisfactory. Pricing was reasonable. Subcontractors used were good. Total Home crew were reliable, courteous and did decent work. The best aspect of Total Home contractors was that any issue that surfaced they were quick to rectify. A specific example related to damage to the screens on my windows when stucco was applied. Total Home replaced the screens, no questions asked. Overall I am satisfied with the way my project turned out.

Courteous and professional, Total Home Contracting has done work on both of my homes and their roofing division has done 4 family members roof jobs. The quality of work and professionalism has always been great.

Hired Total Home Contractors to replace all windows and doors on my home. This company was a pleasure to work with from the planning stage up until the job was completed. The work was excellent and very professional. I also had them replace all duct work and vents and that to was done very professional and the work was excellent. I would recommenend Total Home Contractors for anyone looking to hire contractors to do any work on their home.

Total Home Construction is the best in the business! They just finished my kitchen remodel that included all new cabinets and granite countertops. Rob Donovan came to my house to measure and was able to quickly provide an itemized quote. I thought the hardest part was going to be picking out the color of cabinets and countertops, but the office manager, Shialine, made it so easy by asking me a few questions about my existing decor and offering a few suggestions. Once i decided on the type of materials, THC got me right on their schedule to start the project. All of their workers are THC employees (not subs) and were very courteous, clean and professional. Each of them took pride in their work and made sure i was happy with the progress every step of the way as did Rob, Shialine and Cyndi (office staff member). I waited 19 years for a new kitchen and I am so glad I hired THC to build it. They did a fantastic job and my kitchen is absolutely beautiful! I'm one happy customer and will be saving my money to hire THC for my next home project!

Remodel of home: Installed hurricane impact windows and doors; removed and replaced popcorn ceilings; installed new kitchen to include demolition, raised ceiling, recessed lighting, 42" maple wood upper cabinetry, 3cm quartz countertops, glass backsplash, undermount SS sink, new wine bar area, and added electrical outlets; installed wood laminate flooring throughout; insulated enclosed porch ceiling and installed tongue-and-groove wood ceiling; furred out walls and added drywall to two porch walls; added electrical outlets and recessed lights with dimmer switch on porch; added A/C ductwork and vents to enclosed porch; installed new A/C; painted all walls, ceilings, and trim; installed 5" baseboards; installed ceiling fans; installed cable hookups; installed faux wood blinds in all windows and one slider; installed retractable stairs to garage airspace; installed dryer vent ductwork to exterior of home; installed garage opener keypad; removed and replaced caulking in master bathroom shower; installed poolside GFCI outlet; and installed doorbell. Comments: I decided to get the work done in two phases. Phase I began August 13 and included installing hurricane-impact windows and doors and was completed on schedule in 5 days. Phase II began October 7, was the major portion of the remodel, and was completed ahead of schedule in 6 weeks. I couldn't ask for a better contractor and am extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. I pretty much had all my details worked out in advance, so all the ordering of cabinetry, countertop material, etc. went quite smoothly. There was hardly a day when some kind of work wasn't in progress. I would highly recommend Total Home Contractors for all your remodel needs. Note: I purchased the kitchen appliances, faucet, and ceiling fans myself and the contractor installed them as part of the project. One issue discovered less than a year later: when the new A/C was installed, I unfortunately assumed that the copper tubing and drain line would also be replaced since my old unit was 20+ years old. It wasn't, so less than a year later there was a major leak that buckled my laminate flooring in the kitchen area. Had I known the lines weren't to be replaced, I would have requested replacement at the time of installation no matter the added expense.
