We first spoke with Brendon from Signature Sound & Video before we purchased our new home. We laid out basically what we wanted out of a home automation system, and Brendon walked us through all of the options. We didn't realize just how much thought must go into a system to make sure it does everything we want. He REALLY delivered. From start to finish, he took care of everything, from designing an amazing system, to ordering and delivering every piece we need so we never had to waste our time waiting on deliveries, to installation. His team was incredibly respectful of our home, assuring that everything was tarped before any work started. At the end of every day they were here, you could not tell any work had been done because they cleaned everything, every day. Now that the system is complete, we could not be any happier. Everything just works. It's amazing how easy such a "complex" system is to use thanks to his expert design and setup. I cannot recommend Signature Sound and Video enough. Do not hesitate to call Brendon, you will not be disappointed. We will be having him back in the spring to install a killer outdoor audio system (he actually came here and demo'd a system for us so we could hear it in our own yard). We cannot wait. Steve R. Project was to mount my 60 inch tv over the fireplace and install wireless system both indoors and out on my patio. Signature Sound and Video were professional, on time, and met all of my expectations. The installation took a few days, and when they were finished, I had an awesome setup that sounded better than I have ever heard. Brendon and his staff took the time to walk me through all the setups and reprogrammed my universal remote just like it was before they added the additional devices. They also installed a SONOS device that just rocks. I would highly reccommend this team to anyone !!!
