Mrs. Ellwanger, I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We wish you the best. Our reputation is the most important thing we have, and we have put everything in place we can to prevent mistakes (though we are still human!) When we make a mistake we do everything we can to make it right. On the other hand, we can't take responsibility for others mistakes without jacking up prices and making responsible customers pay for it.

Reviewing our quality controls on your order:
Timeline: ordered 12/19/17, estimated lead time 7-10 business days, noting to your husband we will be closed for Christmas Vacation 12/23/17 - 1/1/18. That puts it arriving to us by Jan. 10, 2018. 3 business days after it arrived here it was scheduled and delivered to you at no charge on 1/15/18 and signed off by your husband.

1 - 3'0 x 6'8 LHIS door (APPROVED BY PHONE BY J.. 12-19-17 4:02 - AZ) and paid.
2- 3'0 x 6'8" LHIS door received by our warehouse
3- 3'0 x 6'8" LHIS door loaded and delivered to your jobsite, signed off by your husband.
4- Your husband called and said the 3'0 x 6'8 door doesn't fit into his smaller than 3'0 wide opening. Unfortunately all we can do is get you the door size you ordered. If the owner or your installer measured the opening incorrectly, we can't return the doors which is why we are so careful in the ordering process.
