We deliver the service and community commitment of a local, family-owned business backed by the strength of a company that’s built 75,000 incredible outdoor structures since 1980. We offer you the benefit of an international architectural design center that will custom design your project to complement your home, suit your personal tastes, and meet your exact needs for functionality. We invite you to call for a free design consultation (and/or a free deck safety inspection if you happen to own an existing deck). At your consultation, we’ll show you past projects, discuss your needs and tastes, explain your construction material options (including the new, low-maintenance wood alternatives), talk about costs, and measure and photograph your home/lot. The design consultation is completely free and you are under no obligation to hire Archadeck. Should you decide to move forward after your free design consultation, we will custom design your building plan. You will still not be under any obligation to hire us as your builder until you approve your plan and sign your contract. Of course, once you do sign that contract, you will be protected by two separate guarantees, constituting the most expansive customer protection plan in the industry. And local oversight assures your property and privacy are respected. We attend to every detail from securing any needed building permits to final cleanup. A friend of mine recommended this company to me. Not only did they give me an excellent, quality job, but they finished on time and were there every day! They had ideas that I hadn't thought about and there pricing was more than fare. They took my extra large walk-in closet and added it too another walk-in closet to make a 3rd bedroom. It came out perfect, great workmanship and I am picky! They also did a screened in porch with interior gutters and screening every where, it is one of my favorite spaces. Again the workmanship is excellent. Picture of bedroom, doesn't show the closet he was able to fit in and the area were you walk into bedroom were I have a small table. The other picture is the only one I have of the front of the house, the porch is beautifully done Don't hesitate to hire Daniel and his crew.

The crew that installed and worked on the construction were very knowledgeable, hard working, and respectful of my home. Starting a home improvement project can sometimes be a little scary you never know if it will stay on budget, on schedule, how it will affect daily life. Thank you all for alleviating the scary and giving us a beautiful deck with the stairs down to the garden. Susan and Daniel worked closely with us so that we knew what to expect with every phase of the project. The construction crew were courteous and professional.

Daniel and Susan were the ultimate professionals from our first moment of contact that continued as we began the plans for our beautiful screened porch. That professionalism and attention to detail, coupled with their choice of contractors, resulted in a relaxing space we enjoy from early spring until early winter. The materials we chose are low maintenance. The design was a team effort between Susan and my husband. He wanted some specific details such as a peak and skylights. Susan worked closely with him to make his vision a reality. We do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who inquires. If given the opportunity for a "do-over" we would NOT change a thing!

Susan and Daniel were wonderful to work with. Susan creatively designed a fabulous deck to fit our space, and gave us various material options to customize it to fit our needs. She incorporated built-in benches, and other touches that we never would have thought of, increasing the functionality of our deck tremendously. It has become a favorite gathering spot for our family. Throughout the entire process, all permits and details were handled by the Lee's, and all we had to do was enjoy our new deck. The project stayed right on budget, and the Lee's' skills and knowledge were apparent. This was our second project with them, as they also remodeled our front stairs and created a front sitting porch for us as well. They are wonderful and I could not recommend them more highly!
