Clyde Sawyer aka Southern Coating &Renovations can not be trusted. He remodeled my master bathroom and flooded my downstairs. He refuses to honor the one year warranty. He will not repair the damages nor fix the problem. Approximately 6 to 8 thousand to correct and fix the damages.

I hired Southern Coatings & Renovations to remodel two of my bathrooms which were in terrible condition with poor plumbing, non-working tubs, paint peeling from wall, floors worn and outdated. Today, I have two beautiful bathrooms, with all updated plumbing, new fixtures, new tub in my upstairs bathroom with beautiful tile up to ceiling. Fresh and clean paint job, new mirrors and lights, and I have a new floor which is gorgeous. My master bathroom is not quite finished, but the work that I hired them to do is top of the line. They took out an old outdated tub, installed new plumbing stopping the leaks, and they built a brand new stand-up shower, with new tile to ceiling and tile on bathroom floor. When I purchase my new vanity for my master I will call them to install without hesitation. Clyde and his son Jeremy are great people to work with. Great team. (Oh, and I had them tear down a wall in my master to make it bigger ... best decision I've made. Now I have a larger bathroom!) I'm so pleased!

Never followed through on problems. Do not recommend. The more I look at work I am not pleased. Settled since never thought job would be completed

I hired Southern Coatings for 2 bathroom remodels. Clyde was friendly and personable. The job took longer then we anticipated. A few issues along the way but Clyde followed up and took care of our concerns. We are pleased with the final results. If anything comes up Clyde has assured us it will be taken care of.

Clyde & his team did an awesome job. We still had the old 1950's style bathroom (as picture but not pink); we now have a beautiful, modern hallway bathroom. We were kept abreast of everything the guys were doing each day to assure we would be happy with the end product. Whatever accessories I wanted they were happy to comply. The crew was very courteous and clean...Clyde was always available. I highly recommend Southern Coatings - great job for a fair price!
