We worked with Hillary to select material for our interior renovation with Kingon Homes. At the end of the renovation we began discussing furniture design. She's pulled together furniture, artwork and accessories to compliment the renovation design. It all looks great.

I have worked with Ann and Hillary on 3 different houses over the past 10 years. Each time the finished product has been awesome! They are easy to work with, listen to what you have in mind, and then produce an amazing final product. A year ago my husband and I purchased a home in Estero, FL and did extensive remodeling. When this work was finished we made the decision to purchase new Florida appropriate furnishings and only bring select art and decorative items from our prior house. We decided to seek decorating assistance from Southern Showcase and worked extensively with Hillary. From beginning to end this has been an outstanding experience. Not only is Hillary friendly and pleasant to work with but best of all, she listened to us and got to know our tastes. She is an expert at looking at a blank canvas and being able to fill in all the details to get the best possible end result. We were always given multiple choices on furnishings while being gently guided toward a pleasing outcome. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase a particular item or brand. Hillary's attention to detail was even shown as she assisted us in placement for our existing artwork and decorative items and ensuring that the possessions we valued worked pleasingly in our new home. I would definitely use the services of Hillary and Southern Showcase again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We did an extensive face-lift to a home we recently purchased. This encompassed every room in the house, including the kitchen and bathrooms. In addition to acting as liaison between us and the builder, Southern Showcase assisted us with furniture and fabric selection, paint color schemes, cabinet stains and granites. Their taste is impeccable and they incorporated our ideas to create a setting that is beautiful yet also feels very much like home to us. I highly recommend them; in fact, this is the second time they have been our choice for a home remodel!

I would definitely recommend using Southern Showcase for Interior design services. We hired them last year to do a large renovation to our home in Bonita Springs FL and they did not disappoint. The team was very professional and easy to communicate with. We provided our vision for the house and they implemented "the look" perfectly. They also have an excellent working relationship with Kingon Custom Builders who also worked on our home renovation. KCB's staff is top notch with years of building experience. Southern Showcase was knowledgable about the latest design and products. They work with a group of vendors, subcontractors and tradesmen who demonstrate their commitment to detail, craftsmanship and excellence. I liked the fact that I never felt pressure to agree with their recommendations when I didn't agree. They demonstrated great flexibility and patience. An example of this was when I did not care for the finished look of some shower stonework that they had just installed. They were happy to remove it and work with me to find a different stone/tile design. I believe their top priority is to make the client happy with the finished work. The project was completed in a timely manner and I would hire them again.

We worked with Hillary and Ann at Southern Showcase and it was a pleasure. We hired them to decorate our totally empty home in Bonita Springs, FL from paint colors (both inside and out) to furniture to accessories to window treatments. They also helped us with new flooring in a few areas and a kitchen facelift. From the very beginning, they got a feel for our taste and personality and colors that we wanted and worked with us to make this empty house a home that reflected all of these. They listened to our ideas and made sure to incorporate many of our strong likes into the decor. Their eye for color is exceptional.

We selected this firm to do the renovation for our home and were very pleased with the results. They were very professional but warm and caring. I initially was so stressed but once I started working with Ann and Hillary I felt so much better and had complete confidence in them. They listened to me and my desires which I felt was paramount to working with a design team. They encouraged me to think out of the box but were never pushy. Their contractors were top notch, respectful,and extremely neat and punctual. They were flexible . I wanted to use painters whom we utilized before and although not their vendor they coordinated the colors for each room and were on site during the painting to make sure all was performed according to plan. They were a pleasure to work with and to my husband's relief stayed within our budget. The home looks beautiful and we would highly recommend them. diane and brian
