I met Niki when we decided to renovate our lower level. The layout was confusing and the space had just become a dumping ground for all of our "stuff". Niki immediately saw the potential, and designed a layout that gave us everything we wanted - A fantastic laundry room, a new guest room, tons of storage and a cozy family room. She was fantastic to work with, her knowledge of what was available, what materials would work the best and her contacts were terrific. Her colour sense is amazing, we have had so many compliments on our space and the trades who came in were always asking what colours we used. Niki was always conscious of our budget and gave great advice on when to splurge and when to tuck in big box store finds. When it came to decorating, she was invaluable for sourcing all of the items from large pieces of furniture to small touches at a variety of price points. One thing I love about working with Niki is she is enthusiastic about working with our existing pieces. We moved the harvest table from our kitchen to the laundry room and rug from our living room to the family room and are loving how it looks so new and fresh! We're starting on the living room, not a major reno this time, but redecorating and I am so looking forward to seeing it all come together. Any job, large or small I would highly recommend Niki, she is wonderful to work with!

I originally hired Niki to help with a renovation of my ensuite bathroom and redecoration of the master bedroom. She listens to the client, works within budget and knows when to spend vs save. If a problem came up (and they always do) she was able to come up with a workable solution. The completed project exceeded my expectations. Niki was a delight to work with. In fact, I rehired her to help with another smaller project and again, I was very satisfied with the result. I would recommend Niki without question.

When it came to choosing decor and layout for our small condo we knew there would be a fine line between cozy and cramped. Niki helped us find smart, simple ways to maximize functionality in the layout, and selected beautiful textiles and accents without overwhelming the space. When the times comes to upgrade we will definitely be calling Niki!

Niki was recommended by our real estate agent to assist us with some design ideas. We moved into an older home that needed some updating, including wallpaper removal. Niki was great in helping us work on new fresh colours for the whole house along with some design tips. Great attitude and very accomodating!

We hired Niki to help us decorate our new home purchased after our recent engagement. Having never lived together before we both had two unique styles. Niki was able to help us combine our individual styles into one cohesive look. In addition we asked Niki to help us specifically design two rooms. On top of having to combine our two unique styles her task was made even more difficult by a unique room layout, small space, short timeline and very tight budget. Niki understood the look and the feeling of the room that we wanted and was able to capture this look perfectly. The end result is even more beautiful than I had hoped for. She magically transformed a tiny living room into a room which feels much larger while maintaining its cozy feeling. Even though we gave her a short timeline and tight budget she was able to complete everything ahead of schedule and under budget. I am in awe of her divine talent, commitment to ensuring that her clients are one hundred percent satisfied with her design and her ability to offer beautiful solutions to a couple’s competing sense of style. Niki has assisted me with two major renovations in 2013 and 2014. She is an absolute gem with so much talent! Niki has great visions for space and is able to walk you through her design ideas. She helps you to conceptualize the total space and look at the use, function and design for it. Niki is also a great negotiator and often was able to come under budget when sourcing products and material. She is an absolute delight to work with and always goes that extra mile for you. The spaces she created were stunning!! We are very pleased and feel fortunate to have hired her. We will definitely be hiring Niki again for future projects.

We are absolutely thrilled with our renovation and all the guidance that Nikki provided. She developed a comprehensive plan to update much of our maim floor, including sinks, toilet and fixtures. She sourcing the perfect quartz countertops for our e kitchen and main floor powder room. Our new porcelain floor is beautiful and the wall colours she helped us choose look amazing. Nikki was very easy to work with and has subsequently done wonderful work with our daughter and some neighbours. We hired Niki to help with our living room. The space is so small and we didn't know how to work with it. Niki met with us and asked a bunch of questions and went to work. When Niki did the reveal I was shocked! I couldn't believe the way she worked with the space and how big and comfortable it is. I was truly shocked at his nice everything is. I'm going to be singing Niki's praises for a while.
