We were first time home builders with a very difficult lot to build on with various site challenges and access. We had to build into a 25ft drop over 3 levels. David was able to share our vision with creative and helpful ideas. We enjoyed his approachable and personable nature and was always quick to respond if we had a question. David was nothing short of amazing! Not only was he excited and enthusiastic about our project, he was more than willing to work with our budget and our ideas. He listened to our brief and incorporated everything into the overall design. He had some fantastic ideas and was able create our dream home. He took the time to talk us through every step of the process and made sure we understood each phase. We always knew what to expect and it was so easy to communicate and work together to achieve the results we were hoping for. He was always professional and open to discussion and just so easy to work with.
