SR Design created professional building plans for a residential remodel. The impressive design documents made the permit application process easier and faster than with less precise drawings. The design plans made communication with General Contractors consistent and the bid process more effective. After reviewing the designs, contractors knew the exact work to be performed and reduced contingency risk in the projects. Even though there is a cost to getting professional designs completed, I believe that the plans saved time and money for the projects overall since everyone involved was on the "same page". I highly recommend Steve and I would hire SR Design again.

Once the plans where finalized he acted as my managing representative with the local contractors, getting bids and representing my interest with the contractors...Words can not express how vital his expertise has been to this process. He is keeping everything on track and on schedule. Having completed a few renovation projects on my own, I can confidently say that the investment in the services provided by SR Design pays for itself both in dollars and stress relief.
