This team solved my headache of poor drainage off my stone patio. From my first phone call they said “we can help!”. Even better, he had someone else call and reschedule their work so they were able to come the next day. Very prompt, ready to fix the direction of rain flow to drain properly. Stoney and his team were prompt and very professional. They removed some brick and stone stairs on a stone patio and re-laid the stone in the footings of the repair. They also repaired the interior of an outdoor fireplace and some cracks in a brick retaining wall. They kept me in the loop as the project progressed and I was very pleased with the work and how they left the job site upon completion. Cost was very reasonable for the scope of the work and there time involved in making the repairs.

They are very responsible to communication, charge a reasonable price, and are just excellent at their craft. They are very skilled and there was not one thing I would change about what they did. If you need stone work done, call them because I have used others and it is so disappointing to have sloppy work done at your home with expensive materials. They are awesome.

I got their business information from Angie's List around 2015, I have used their service to put a partly new concrete driveway and a pad for a carport garage for my classic cars. They did a great job smoothing the concrete on the leveled ground. I really like the workers as they were professional, courage, respectful, honest, and hard workers to get it done right in timely manner. Forward to year 2022, I used their service again to put drainage pipeline to direct waterway to nearby ditch instead of going to the house on the property. They quote the price fairly and affordable for me to resolve the flooding problem on my property, once they dig up the dirt to make a path, put rocks along with new HVC pipes from one area to another. They did a professional job, and treated their customers right with good critical thinking skills. I can't tell you how pleased I am with their professionalism, great attitude and respect. I can recommend with a complete confidence to my friends, and families any type of drainage, concrete, and designer patio pad and stone work. I am very happy with the results and price ranges.

We reached out to several paving contractors to repair pavers in our walkway. The walkway had sunk in the middle causing loose pavers which had become unsafe. Charlotte Pavers & Stone was the most responsive. They were able to repair the walkway to our satisfaction and we are considering them for more work at our home.

Charlotte Pavers and Stone replaced and installed a Flagstone Stone Patio. They came in on budget and time. They had the right equipment for the job. They demolition the existing patio then dug footings and installed ground barriers and re bar. Then poured a concrete pad. The flagstone patio is beautiful. They protected and respected my property and left a minimal foot print. Very impressive.

We had several out to price out a retaining wall for sloped yard management and erosion control. Charlotte Pavers and Stone stood out from the rest. Our job consisted of a tiered retaining wall design with stone steps, paver patio in herringbone pattern, and seat wall; work included regrading our backyard and pressure washing our driveway after they were done. Stoney returned every call & email promptly and with relevant information that showed he actually read my messages and listened to my questions. Their quote was very reasonable, and he made suggestions we didn't even think of. He prompted us for information about possible future plans to make sure his construction would accommodate, as needed. We ended up taking his suggestions and haven't regretted it one bit. It was HARD work, much having to be done by hand (digging included), but he and his crew were there when they said they would be and finished on time and on budget. I was kept up to date every step of the way, and the materials used were exactly as I asked and as promised. Site prep and clean up were flawless. They tried as much as they could to make it like they were never there, as if the hardscaping just magically appeared. I would give Charlotte Pavers and Stone ten stars if I could. What a great experience we had with Charlotte Pavers and Stone. They did a number of repairs around the exterior of my home, along with driveway crack repairs. Excellent craftmanship, very professional. Would definitely use them again.

We hired them to install stone steps and walkway at the front of our new home. The stone chosen with only a little guidance was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. There are at least fifteen 8” steps and three landings plus a walkway that curves to porch for about 20’. We were so happy that we hired them again to install landscape boulders. Excellent work and artistry. Very responsive and the professional guidance Stoney can share is invaluable!

Charlotte Pavers & Stone did an awesome job at tearing out my old driveway and replacing it with fresh new concrete, as well as a brand new concrete patio in my backyard. I also had them even out some spots in the backyard while we had the extra soil! I had my front and side driveway done by Stoney and the project exceeded my expectation. He took a vision I had in my head and brought it to life. The one thing that gave me a greater respect for him was he got in and got his hands dirty to get the job completed on time. I plan to rehire to do the backyard soon. Highly recommend his work
