Suite Effects, LLC specializes in providing home sellers with creative solutions to prepare their home for today’s real estate market. Sue Smith, Creative Solutions Director, puts it this way:

We don’t all live in magazine-worthy homes, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't get top dollar when you're ready to sell. I help home sellers maximize the potential of their home sale by finding cost-effective solutions to upgrade their home to give it that move-in ready look. This is what buyers are looking for and I want them to love your home as much as you have.

Home staging isn’t about decorating or pretty things. It’s all about marketing. My goal is to make your home appeal to as many buyers as possible. The larger the pool of fish, the faster you’ll get a bite. By neutralizing and updating the overall look and feel of the home, plus professional photographs, your home will be able to compete with any home on the market.

“I don’t need to stage … it’s a sellers’ market!” I hear this all the time. Your house will most likely sell in this market, but at what cost? Houses are selling quickly, but I see an awful lot of price reductions to get that accomplished.

Staging your home will ALWAYS cost less than that first price cut. Overcoming buyer objections is key to making sure that a price reduction is caused only by an unrealistic asking price. Yes … you need to listen to your realtor. They are experts in pricing homes in the current market. It’s better to start a little low and have your beautifully staged home cause a bidding war than to see it languish on the market because of poor pricing.

Some home sellers only need a Home Staging Assessment and are able to take my recommendations and do it themselves. Some need a little more help getting to the goal line. Whatever you need, I’ll find the solution. I’m not just going to drop off a checklist that you could have found online. We’re going to go room by room, lot line to lot line, and discuss what your home needs to look its best.

I’m a natural-born problem solver. I look at your home as one big puzzle that we’re going to work on together. We’ll give buyers what they are looking for so that you can move on to the next chapter of your life.

Commented: One of our newest kitchen transformations! As much as I love white/painted cabinets, it's refreshing to see wood stain. When I remodeled my kitchen in 2010, I chose Java stain with black accents and I still love it. I think it's just as time...
