We worked with this architect for our custom home. Pretty disappointed with the overall floor performance and noise issues. Not only that, design had some issues and we had to come up with alternate solutions during construction phase.

The overall floor performance and noise issues is the responsibility of the framer that the builder hired to construct the house, not the architect. As for the design issues, many homeowners want to change certain ideas once they see how the space feels in real life. I was not aware of any issues during construction so they must have been dealt with, with the builder and resolved without any involvement from the designer.

Commented: DimensionsThe tub is 32" X 64". The shower area is 6'-0" along the two outside walls. The short wall behind the tub is 54" long which makes the returns 3'-0".

Commented: what color is travertine?The travertine is Anatolia. It has a hon finish.

Commented: where can you buy the sconces from?The sconces are from Kichler Lighting Company. They were purchased in 2010 so I am not sure if they are still available or not.

Commented: Tub InstallationThis tub is actually made out of resin. The plumber installed the tub according to the manufacturer's specifications. The tub is from the Signature Hardware website.

Commented: What kind of stone and tile is used on the wall and floors?All of the tile is a travertine stone. The floors and shower walls are 18"x18" and the wall above the tub were 4"x12" panels that were fit together. The grout joints were kept to a minimum and we al...
