I used Tom Zillian from Madstone on 3 of my stores. Two of the locations have severe failures (bubbling, cracking, and blistering). I spent over $35k on floors and Tom will not stand behind his product and refuses to even address it. He doesn't respond to calls or emails and I'm forced to take legal action against him. I would not recommend Madstone to anyone.

I had to cooperate with Tom with a few floor projects. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. His help was priceless and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for high quality service.

Madstone's work is gorgeous. The owner has an amazing and unique aesthetic. The things he can do with concrete will blow your mind. I've never seen anything like it. You will not be disappointed.
