Working with Todd was a wonderful experience! He was very knowledgable, helpful, and was always available to answer our questions. We worked remotely with him, and he did a wonderful job of helping us to stay on track and would always accommodate any changes we wanted to make. We needed help with knowing where to place our equipment, and he was so creative and was able to create the perfect space for them. We used Todd Ricks back in 2020 when we were planning on doing a full remodel of a 70's era home. It is wonderful to offer a review long after the work is done and you are living the design, so to speak. Todd listened well and made it a point to incorporate everything that was important to my wife and I. He got things back to us timely through the back and forth process with things like this. He was also able to help us find budget friendly ways of getting an incredible end result. We are looking forward to using him again on a different build project.

Although designing a house can be difficult, having Todd with Openloft to work with made the process so much smoother. He was ultra responsive to our questions, and brought many ideas to the table to integrate together with what we already had in mind. Todd was able to take the vision that we had for our home and make it a reality! When we made changes to the plans over and over again, Todd continued to be very responsive and prompt with getting revised plans emailed to us. We were out of state during the entire process, but thanks to technology and Todd's experience, the project continued as if we were sitting with him at his desk during the entire process. We are very happy with how the plans for our home turned out, now looking forward to getting the building process started! Todd Ricks has drawn up a set of plans for my house. Even though it was out of his state, I think he did a good job of completing it. When I asked to make changes, he did so as requested when the county kicked back some things that he need to change, he has done so on a timely basis. It was a pleasure to work with him on this.
