Tim Petersen Associates - TPA studio is a small boutique design firm based in the Los Angeles/Santa Monica area. Tim Petersen has over 30 years of experience nationally and internationally in the design profession.

Since it's inception in 2004, TPA Studio has been dedicated to exploring the intersection of art, building design, and technology in a complex and ever changing contemporary setting. Our design process seeks meaningful and exciting ways to incorporate things that matter: physical context, environmental sensitivity, comfortable spaces, sublime materials, and client input.

Commented: Roof help We were originally going to leave the existing pitched roof framing and create new parapet walls, but it proved simpler to remove the existing and frame new flat roof and extend the walls.
