This company is great. Ovi was enormously helpful in going over the project of installing hardwood floors which necessitated lacing in the old with new added to three areas. The result was fantastic as I knew it would be. This is the second project I had done by Treadline and they did not disappoint. The crew was always on time, respectful of the property, professional and answered all the questions we had throughout the process. They finished the job faster than the estimate by 2 days and cleanup was great. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We contracted Treadline as one of many contractors for a major remodel project in 2018. This was a true disaster and we recommend that anyone avoid Treadline. Our key issues include an unapproved removal of a bathroom (per their own contract); very significant floor stain damages at heights of 2-5 feet on walls and trim work throughout our home; incorrectly installed flooring (as assessed by an independent expert) that required the original work to be removed and redone. We unsuccessfully tried to address these issues directly with Treadline without success. Our additional efforts included working with the Oregon CCB; multiple mediation efforts that included the WA county court and Treadline’s insurance provider. We reached a partial settlement with Treadline’s insurance provider but still incurred thousands of $’s to address damages to our home. Treadline has not offered any remediation. Additionally - Treadline posted pictures in Houzz without our permissIon!

Ovi is great to work with and Treadline finished the floors beautifully! His crew moved the heavy furniture which was greatly appreciated, they were very professional and talked me through my color choice. We had put off refinishing our floors but they look so good now, ready to sell our house!

Treadline did a wonderful job replacing our carpeted stairs with new Maple stairs that match our existing hardwood floor. Adrian did the actual work and he was a pleasure to have in our home. He was very mindful of dust and any mess that might get created. I also want to thank the others who were involved behind the scenes, from the office staff to the folks who stained and prepared the stairs prior to installation. Everyone at Treadline was a pleasure to work with.

Our project consisted of resurfacing existing maple hardwood floor in our downstairs entry, and kitchen. We also had them take up carpet in the front entry stairs, downstairs family room and office. They installed new maple hardwood in those areas. Lastly, all the hardwood was stained a darker color and new bay shoe was installed. They completed the project on time and as promised. I’d recommend Treadline to anyone seeking quality hardwood floor maintenance or installation. Before and after photos attached.

Treadline finished our existing wood floors and added some new wood floors to a room we previously had carpet. The floors are seamless and beautiful! They kept to their schedule and were finished when promised. Their team was professional and courteous. We would absolutely use Treadline again.

We hired Ovi and his crew to take out the carpet in the family room and replace with oak flooring to match the existing flooring in the kitchen and entry. This required feathering in around the new island and the existing kitchen hardwoods. In addition, they refinished all the existing hardwoods. The crew did an amazing job. We are very happy with the new flooring. They couldn't have done a better job of feathering in the new hardwoods to the existing hardwoods. Our project occurred during the winter storm when we had around 6 inches of snow. Ovi went beyond the call of duty and personally picked up his crew around the Portland area to make sure they arrived and were on time. I was extremely impressed. Without hesitation, I would recommend Treadline Hardwood for your hardwood needs. Not only was the work exceptional, but Ovi and Kelly were very professional, and easy to work with.

Our original plan was to replace all floors on the main floor of our house in NE Portland with all new wood flooring. When we met with Ovi, he recommended a much more cost effective and actually better alternative, which was to refinish the original 1929 top nailed white oak flooring that was already throughout the main floor except the kitchen area, and replace the kitchen flooring with new matching top nailed white oak. He also recommended staining, with Golden Oak the shade we selected. These were excellent suggestions, which we much appreciated. Ovi was very friendly and professional, and submitted a cost competitive proposal, which were the primary reasons we decided to contract with Treadline. All of the work was completed by Destry and his crew, who were all a pleasure to work with. They were on time for the planned start date, and stayed on schedule and on budget. Their workmanship was excellent, and the finished floors look fantastic.

I had a wonderful experience working with Treadline. Brittney, the office administrator and interior designer, was very helpful in selecting the right prefinished hardwood floors for my home. Kelly, the owner's wife, kindly showed me the floors installed by Ovi, the owner, in their own home, located in front of the showroom. The floors and the stairs were beautifully installed and I knew right then that I wanted Ovi to install the floors in my home. Unfortunately, I was not able to have the work done due to my necessity to move to a warmer winter climate for health issues. I only wish I had met Treadline a few years ago and had the floors installed then. I highly recommend working with Treadline. I'm sure it will be a great experience for you and your home.

We had our 18 year old hardwood refinished. The process went very smoothly and the bid was accurate. The work was done very professionally by guys with at least 15 years experience. There was a lot of hand work necessary due to lots of corners and edges. The job took 2 days and we had to be out of the home one day and one night while the finish was applied and dried. We are very pleased with the result and love the new color and satin finish. I would definitely recommend this company.
