We have been doing business with Foam Concepts for many years and they have proven that they are the best at what they do. We order architectural foam products from them for residential projects that require new stucco with foam trim accents including window trim kits, faux rafter tails, columns, cornices, keystones, quatrefoils, & balustrades. They have always treated us well and their pricing is very competitive when compared to other foam manufacturers in the area. Steve is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We never have a problem ordering from them and getting our product on time. Our customers have been very pleased with the quality and beauty of their products. We will continue to use them and recommend their products.

The quality of their products is very good. However, the quality of their services is beyond reprehensible. Despite spending nearly $30k with these guys, they not only grossly over committed to us; but, actually hadn't even started our many of the products we ordered until AFTER the promised delivery date. And, they made mistakes on products that they did complete and waited weeks before correcting their mistakes all the while insisting we pay to remake the incorrect products. Getting a return call is almost impossible (once you sign the order form and pay the deposit). We had to call many times to get any answers (and the answers changed on every call). The completion of our new home was delayed by several weeks because of these delays. And, then Steve, the owner, blames us for being upset with them. Unbelievable. If getting your product delivered on time, or trusting what you hear, or customer service are important to you, steer very clear of these guys.
