Ululani from UP Staging & Design was very professional and a genius at staging our house. We were on a tight deadline to get our house sold so that we could also buy our new house out of state before our moving date. This had to take place in a matter of two months. The consultation and quote was reasonable, Ululani also took all of the pictures for the MLS listing. The quality of her services is nothing short of amazing! She made our home look even more beautiful than when we occupied it! We had a cash offer on our house and it was sold in two months. Our little hometown of Hilo is blessed to have such a talented professional!

I hired Ulu from Up Staging & Design LLC to complete two model homes on Haleloke St in Hilo, HI Ulu was professional, well priced and very efficient! She made the process enjoyable and her work was lovely. This was the first project I worked with her on. Since then I have referred her to a few of my colleagues that have hired her. I will be working with her on three new homes on Haleloke St and hiring her for my personal home at the beginning of 2015, truly is a pleasure working with her. She listens and provides great feedback allowing her to add her own personal design touches while still giving you control of the final result.

Ulu was hired to stage a home and take photographs. She took one weekend to do a great job. The photos were wonderful and I think it made a big difference. Her sense of color none style just added to to the home's uniqueness, considering the era in which it was built, and it's location.

I have worked with and known the owner of this company for many years and can attest that she is fully qualified, diligent and very reliable. My experiences with her were all very positve.
