In the presentations the presented a high quality window and he called building grade, meaning meant for high rises, he performed a heat test and it was excellent. After negotiating the price we settled and then a after the measurements sent me a contract, they specify I am not responsible for the measurements but to check it anyway kind of guiding you to look at the measurement. What I failed to do is check the thickness of the window, going back to the contract it stated 1/8" (this is not what their rep did his presentation). The presentation was a heavy thick heat and noise resistant impact glass and what the rep did not mention is that in negotiating the price we were also negotiating the quality of the windows. I completely missed it, I was negotiating the price of the windows they presented to me but they wrote me a contract on windows 1/8" thickness and clearly not the one they did their presentation. This seems like a cheap sales trick that I completely missed in the contract that I signed. Prior to this I got another quote from another provider and looking at their contract its the same thing, the only difference is they sent me two offers - 1. for 1/8" and offer 2. 3/16" but neither company ever mentions these are not what the did their presentation on. As a consumer I am under the impression I am negotiating the price of the windows they did their presentation on. The contract has so many measurements on it and many numbers that I completely missed the thickness of the glass and failed to see that these were not the so called building grade. Well that's my disappointment, the windows put up were nicely done, I am only disappointed that I fell for this tactic and did not think they would switch it on me without a mention. You could at least say I can give you a lower price on some nice windows but it would not have the thickness or quality that we are presenting you, that is honest work. I am decent with numbers and fractions that passed Calculus with a 3.0 and I still feel like I got duped by not reading the window specs.

Do not use this company. They take your money and do not complete the job. My windows and door project began over two years ago and still has yet to be completed has failed inspection twice. I had to call them to have the permits extended because they let them expire, try to talk to the owner will never happen. They don’t care once they get their money, and if you finance through Sunlight financial and refuse to release the money, USA will get it released anyway! They also refused to fix all the damages that they created. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Their service is a nightmare. The installation of the windows damaged my walls, and they couldn’t fix it. I had to spend extra money to fix their mistakes.

Hello They replaced my roof in 2021 to fix a leak. the leak was not fixed they come they said was fixed, but two years later I still leak in the same place.

Completely unprofessional! First issue they scheduled the final permit inspection, they called to confirm several days prior, then didn’t show up, didn’t call to it was delayed or cancelled. Then a few days later they called over and over to reschedule, I had just had surgery and asked them to give me a couple days and I would reschedule but they just kept calling (5 times in one day). I rescheduled the inspection but I was still missing some window screens and a couple were broken from the installers forcing them in (because they didn’t fit right) and now I am getting repeated calls and texts insisting on the final 10% payment even though they have not yet completed the project. Buyer beware!

Contracted USA Green Contractors to install whole home hurricane impact doors and windows (28) and 3 HVAC/Water Heater System in 2020 for an approximate total of $100,000.00 under the PACE financing program. It took almost a year to complete the installation, with both contract components requiring permit repeat failure re-inspections from Broward County. The HVAC/Water Heater System was installed and deemed complete without a permit by the company, and was installed by multiple unlicensed sub-contracted technicians requiring multiple failure reinspections. As of the date of this review, USA Green has not accepted my calls or returned my calls for warranty repairs. I would advise anyone trying to find a reputable, trustable contractor for hurricane-proofing, HVAC or roofing, to stay clear of this business and to spend the extra $$$ to go with Home Depot Pro or Lowes for peace of mind, and to be able to sleep at night safely within their homes. Using this company is a safety hazard and false economics. We have experienced this trauma personally and are contractually bound to this business by the financing option we chose, and hope to protect future innocent consumers by this review - By TrulyCandidConsumer

USA Green was great until I had water coming in my windows. They came out once to fix however, it did not take care of the problem. I have called twice, sent two videos with the water rising and no response. I left two voice mail messages. The best part is that when I called in as a potential new customer, they answered right away. Now, once again I left another message. They lack good customer service.
