really didn't want to leave a review like this but maybe if I would've read something like this, I wouldn't have moved in here. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with vibrant realty and this is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The apartment was disgusting when I moved in and it was never cleaned the carpets are covered in stains and hard from whatever has been dumped on them, there was a decal sticker still stuck on the mirror in the bathroom, chips in the toilet and throughout the bathtub (they actually did plaster the tub), the fridge (that still had a magnet of a girl bottle opener on it from whoever was here before me) was not working properly so it was replaced with another that just makes loud noises, there's chips in the tile in the living room, chips in the doors, and the best part- we are the only property here that is not a gated entrance so the homeless people love it here. One even knocked on my door at three in the morning to see if I wanted to buy pampers. They especially enjoy the laundry room I've found needles, human feces, and blankets from them spending the night. Here's the real kicker though when I called and tried to talk the lady that works there and leased me this dump she agreed the conditions were unacceptable and she is so "sorry" she is going to talk to her management to see what she could do about making this right since I paid a 250 dollar cleaning fee for when I leave (apparently they plan on cleaning apartments when I leave) when I called back she gave me the nastiest attitude like I was a inconvenience to her and just reminded me "I signed a lease" basically treated me like I'm subhuman. Completely disgusting. No reason to treat someone like that except when they know they're in the wrong so they jump on the defensive immediately. She also thought I was someone from a different property who is having the same issues. Surprise surprise. They get away treating people like this because they think we don't know any better. I really recommend contacting Nevada legal services downtown and they can help you out for free.
